Free Shipping Threshold

  • Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders valued at ₹999 or more.
  • For orders below ₹999, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Charges Based on Weight & Packaging

  • Shipping costs are determined based on the total weight including packaging material, as well as the volume of the order.
  • Estimated shipping charges:
    • Up to 500g: ₹60 (e.g., a single necklace set)
    • 501g to 1000g: ₹200
    • 1001g to 2000g: ₹400
  • The packaging cost increases proportionately for larger items or multiple products, especially when the total weight exceeds 500g. This is to ensure safe delivery using appropriately cushioned or boxed materials wherever necessary.
  • Final shipping charge is auto-calculated at checkout based on your cart’s packaging estimate.
  • Our packaging choices depend on the product’s nature and fragility, which affects the overall shipping weight.
  • All charges are aligned with market-standard courier rates and reflect industry-standard logistics fees.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities: Delivery in 5–7 business days.
  • Remote or non-serviceable regions: Delivery may take 7–14 business days.
  • Sundays, public holidays, or national events are excluded from delivery timelines.

Courier Service

  • We currently use Delhivery as our preferred logistics partner.
  • Other courier services may be used depending on your delivery pin code.

Tracking Your Order

  • A shipment tracking link will be sent via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.
  • You can monitor the delivery status using this link.

Prepaid Only – No Cash on Delivery

  • We accept only prepaid payments via UPI, net banking, cards, and wallets.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Express Shipping Requests

  • Customers may email us at [email protected] to request express delivery but before we have initiated the delivery using original delivery plan.
  • Any additional shipping charges will be calculated and informed to the customer via email.
  • Upon confirmation and receipt of the extra payment, we will ship the product using express mode.
  • Royal Reflection DS is not responsible for delays once the parcel is handed over to the express courier partner.

Delays and External Factors

Deliveries may be delayed due to: – Festivals or peak shopping seasons – Weather disruptions (rains, storms,
etc.) – Strikes or courier logistic challenges – Government-imposed restrictions or local emergencies.


We keep customers updated via email/SMS in case of such events.

Damaged Packaging at Delivery

  • If the external courier packaging appears damaged, opened, or tampered, we advise customers to refuse acceptance of the order.
  • While we understand deliveries may be accepted by family members, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform recipients not to accept visibly damaged parcels.
  • Refunds or returns for products from accepted but tampered packages may not be entertained unless supported by a valid unboxing video as per our refund policy.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to addresses only within India.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Address Modifications

  • Changes to the shipping address cannot be made once the order is dispatched.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of placing the order.

Q1. Can I choose Cash on Delivery?
No. We currently support prepaid orders only.

You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped. Use this link to view real-time status.

Q3. What if there’s a delay in delivery?
We will notify you in case of courier delays or disruptions. Tracking updates will also reflect the current delivery status.

Q4. Is express delivery available?
Yes. Email us to request express shipping. Extra charges may apply. We will confirm the feasibility and cost before dispatch.

Q5. My package was damaged at the time of delivery. What should I do?
Do not accept the parcel if the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered. Let the delivery person know and contact us immediately.

Q6. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
No. Once the order is dispatched, address changes cannot be accommodated.
