Royal Reflection Dazzling Studio specializes in imitation jewelry. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. Imitation and fashion jewellery may be gold-plated, silver-plated, or rhodium-plated over base metal alloys. Plating may wear over time with regular use, exposure to water, sweat, perfume, or chemicals. Tarnishing or plating wear due to regular use does not qualify as a product defect and is not eligible for refund or replacement. Product dimensions such as necklace length, pendant size, and earring dimensions are indicative. Slight variation from listed measurements may occur. Fit and comfort preferences are subjective and do not qualify as defects. Our products are not dermatologically tested or certified. Customers with known sensitivities to metals, coatings, or synthetic materials should exercise caution.

Pricing

While we strive to ensure accuracy, errors in pricing may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you to resolve the issue or, at our discretion, cancel your order. In case of order cancellation due to pricing error, full refund will be processed within 7 working days.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Royal Reflection Dazzling Studio. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted once it has been dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation email.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Royal Reflection are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery by the carrier.
